There are three primary ways you can get one of my limited edition, visionary, fine art prints at this price, ($659), directly from the artist. |

I routinely distribute prints to people who I know, or are friends with. And no they're not all ex-girlfriends or lovers, so, feel free to try, but no guarantees. As I generally only give away one print, and the title must have personal significance. |

What this will get you is, it'll guarantee that one of whichever work, you tell me you want, will be reserved in your name, for a period of 30-days. It's akin to purchasing a stock option contract, and, is also sort of like a lay-away plan, as the full $659.00 purchase price can be an overwhelming amount for certain people who may need time to raise the full purchase amount, but really want a print.
What you're paying the $5.00 for is the right to purchase the work, within a specified time frame, (30 days). I then mark one numbered print, randomly selected, or whichever, print number you choose, (provided it's still available), as having been reserved in your name. Please click here and review the contract, before clicking the "Buy an Option" link on the "Buy a Print Online" page.
Just so we're clear, the $5.00 option fee in no way affects or lessens the eventual purchase price, which is $659.00, but is simply meant to offer buyers a viable alternative to paying the full price, and then spending 11 months hiding the print, or prints in the closet.

Your girlfriend's, or wife's birthday is a few months away, but you know she'd love to recieve a high quality print. So you, as gift-giver, come to my site, and purchase an option, paying $5.00 for each month between now, and the month of her birthday. Then one month before her birthday you return to this website, and pay $659.00 for the work, and I finally produce the numbered limited edition print, and send it to you, so you can get it framed in time for the party. |

It doesn't have to be a birthday gift, they're great for anniversaries, and holidays, or for making new friends. Not only are they better than a bouquet of roses, but due to their nature as members of a limited edition fine art edition, they will almost surely increase in value over the years.* |
|
|
|
|
|
* Increases in value/resale price, is at this point, just a guess, but historically investing in "Fine Art", has paid well, with returns in the 20% range, as calculated by most art dealers and galleries. |

Once payment has been received, there will be no changing of your mind, as far as print numbers, delivery dates, or of the work you wanted. As discussed in the timetable for production (above), once I receive funds, I start to incur costs, which are non-refundable to me.
If you do think you might be changing your mind, call me immediately, as production does take time, and I'd like to give you what you want, but it will be impossible for me to give a full refund once an order has been placed, and payment has been received.

To pay by wire transfer, please read the following terms and information. You might want to print this page, and give it to your banker for the sake of completeness of information. Wire transfers aren't cheap, costing between $20.00 and $100.00 as a one time "service fee", and I can't afford to give you a discount. They are however almost instantaneous, and are accepted upon reciept. |

There are two kinds of checks which I will accept.
The first, and far prefered, being called a "Cashier's Check", also known as a "Bankers' Draft". This kind of check costs between $5 and $20, and is treated like cash by bank employees. Therefore there will be no waiting period associated with the personal/business check, or danger of it being withdrawn from your personal account 14 days later. The withdrawl is made when the check is written by the bank, and it becomes a bearer instrument, being written against the bank's money.
The second form of check is the "personal check", this is the one which you sign. There is a waiting period of 14 days, after it is deposited before it can be withdrawn. If you decide that this is the way you'd like to pay, then let me know, and I will place a reservation on the "Availability of Works" page. Just so you're aware, this what I'll recieve if you make payment through your bank's "online bill-pay" system.
Money-orders; they recquire a trip to the post office, for both of us. The only kind of money-order which I will accept is the kind you can get at a U.S. Post Office, payable in US dollars, often called "USPS Money-Orders". Now while basically a bearer instrument, and therefore a cash equivalent, much like a cashier's check. I will treat them like cashier's checks, once recieved, and give you a very quick turn-around as far as marking your print as being "paid for", or "reserved" on your behalf.
The mailing address for all payments which are sent via mail, and/or delivery services, (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc.), is the following:

Due to the fees associated with receiving funds via any credit card, (2.9% of total, + .30¢ per transaction), there is no possibility of my being able to give a full refund, should you be able to get a hold of me before your print goes to press. Just figured it might be an important fact to keep in mind.
To order a print, you must first call me directly, my phone number is (518) 306-4521, and please try to keep call times reasonable, (East Coast).
You may also use a credit card to pay either the full, $659.00, or to purchase a $5.00 option for a print. To pay now, assuming we've spoken, click here, or use the "Buy a Print Online" link to the left.
